My washing machine had been misbehaving for weeks, and when it  started audibly complaining and couldn't stop spinning, I called C'ville Appliances. The gentleman who answered the phone, walked me through some trouble-shooting tricks, to what I believed was no avail. He sent a technician out almost immediately! Who does that??!! They arrived, and naturally, the machine behaved impeccably, causing me no end of embarrassment. The technician cleaned the mother board, and for a mere $35, life is sweet once again. My experience with C'ville Appliances is positive. As part of policy, Z beat the current sale price at Lowe's for the same washer and dryer. Z offered next day delivery if I wanted it. I purchased a fridge from here. The guy was really nice. I didn't have quite the right amount of money but he worked with me on the price. They also told me they deliver and dispose of old. They told me the time they would come and they was 10 minutes early. Same day delivery.

Our 14 year old fridge started acting up and we had sticker shock when we first started researching a new one. Luckily I found C’Ville appliances. We browsed on Saturday thinking we weren’t buying yet but were pleasantly surprised with the prices. Saturday evening I discovered some of the freezer items weren’t really frozen anymore. Sunday morning water was dripping from the door. I texted Z and he met us at the store on Sunday after church!!! He delivered the new fridge Tuesday morning with his 2 brothers. Walked in around noon to purchase a new dryer. It was delivered and installed by the end of the afternoon on the SAME day. Given that the prices are comparable to those at Lowe's, Cville Appliances definitely wins.
